K's have no clause which converts it to commons. period. no clause.

There fore, K's cannot be converted even if you wanted it to, there is no conversion ratio published.

However, there is a conversion ratio and table for P's.

That is all I am saying. Whether or not it can be converted or is converted, is not up to me or you.
