There are other avenues of research that will give you an insight to the solid (or not) foundation of the company. EPA permitting, solid waste, contacting vendors or potential clients in the area bla bla bla. If one could put their hands on some of these permits you could tell the amount of product allowed to be processed at each particular site. One would assume that if capable they would be producing as much as there permits allowed.
