Wyoming is one of the few states that doesn't have a corporate income tax, but I don't think that matters....CCP isn't the taxable entity, it's GRNO.
The Federal Government requires:
"Unless exempt under section 501 (basically charitable organizations), all domestic corporations (including corporations in bankruptcy) must file an income tax return whether or not they have taxable income."
None of those returns are public anyway, so there is no back door entry to GRNO's financial info. If they don't file it through the regular public company methods....SEC current reports or OTC financial disclosures.....we don't get to see it.
People who feel that knowing the financial condition of a company is important should invest accordingly.
