Correct, but all of this is irrelevant if the water heater doesn't do as claimed.

Meet & Greet on Oct. 25th.
Prototype in hands of Design 1st on 26th I assume. Today is Nov. 9. By the end of the week, not counting Sat. & Sun and only working a normal 8 hour day(one person). The prototype will have over 100 hours of "something" done to it.

If I was on the verge of a life altering product, myself and whom ever I could get would be working around the clock to get it completed. Let's say realistically, 10-12 hour days and Saturdays. So it's more likely it will have an additional 150-180 hours or work completed on it(again, only one person)

IMO the unit has to be completed by now. After all, it was a pre-production unit.
