I've been trying to remove a virus from my daughter's computer for about four hours now. I tried running TDSSkiller but it wouldn't unzip for some reason. I then ran Bacdoor.Tidserv Removal. Everything seemed ok and then I notice she didn't have a virus software. I installed Microsoft Essentials and when I rebooted it, it comes up that the computer needs repair and instead of her profile an "Other User" box comes up and asks for a user name and password. Her passwords don't work. Any clues? Also tried in safemode and same thing happens.
