I did not compare TOFS to those companies. I was making a comparison to show how an acquisition occurs without having the cash for said acquisition. The way it's performed won't change down here, just the dollar amounts.

You were sure excited about this not very long ago, "Success, you can bet on this" sure sounds excited about what was coming, and I'm sure you also thought he was going to pick up this brokerage for free right?
