One of the things I am most grateful for is an option Clark could have easily taken a year ago when he was doing his DD on all of this.
He could have said, I don't want to handle all this baggage from prior managements, screw it let it go bankrupt and to heck with all the long term shareholders...why the headache.
So much easier would be:
I'll take my 3 mm of personal money and start a whole new venture from scratch, bring in Estrella, sign a design engineering contract with Eastcor to develop a patentable Airship, negotiate a buyout of GTC, test, prove and get revenue contracts underway, then do an IPO to get listed and cash out.
Probably the only reason he did this was because one of his dearest friends was in this heavy as a shareholder and was at the shareholder meeting this year to express gratitude.
Otherwise I think he would have opted for the easier way.
So for those with impatience, you might want to be a bit grateful and see how this pans out by the end of the year.
After all, it could have been a complete real new start-up and have no message board to talk about it, nor any shares to worry about.
