It is not the "system" doing the "providing"

It is a "system", corrupted as it is by socialistic confiscatory and redistribution laws, that provides the FREEDOM for entrepreneurs to EARN their wealth by CREATING products and services [and jobs] that benefit others -- and provides many of us the HOPE and INCENTIVE to do likewise.

Take away the incentive and you have the darkness of the USSR and the present grim outlook for many countries in the EU

For the rest of your post, I am of the opinion that the answers to the problems mentioned can be resolved by free and completive market programs -- i.e. school vouchers -- growth and tax reform for deficits -- medical savings accounts for health care, etc
