The system that provides billions of dollars to certain individuals is inherently unfair in the first place. In the end most of those people set up foundations to give money away. Yet people like you somehow think they are over taxed.

Like most conservatives you sing the mantra but refuse to look at the reality. Your boys are in charge now and they have nothing to offer us but rhetorical devices. The Government keeps growing, keeps spending more and the best they can do is offer welfare to seniors by cow towing to the drug companies. Bush moans about Social Security but has no real plan to save it. Cheney doesn't even think deficits are a problem. (After all he has two daughters now working for the government,)

What is bankrupt here is conservative ideas. Their answer to Scottish golfing trips paid for by influence peddlers is to vote themselves a raise. Their answer to pollution is to encourage it. Their answer to education is to try and destroy it. Their key education proposal was actually written by Ted Kennedy. They create the largest bureaucracy in the history of the country and try and pretend they are for smaller government.

Amidst this vacuous cacophony nothing is changing. While the vile hate message against everything liberal drowns out any reasoned debate, the conservative hate machine focuses on small time ethnic studies professors and ignores the budget problems that it has created through its tax reform proposals. Even the Republican Governor here is starting to realize that conservative have nothing to offer us but unfunded liabilities.
