Good morning: The subject this morning is EMXC Dividends.
To date none have been delivered!

Roxanna Weber delivered all the information to the Transfer Agent along with the proper fee for the service to deliver the dividends to the proper investors.

It was discovered that the Transfer Agent fell down on the job and nothing was done. Take some comfort in the fact that EMXC is not the only company that got screwed, Many others are also screaming, although I don't see that fact bring us comfort.

I heard that to make things worse that the Agent is hospitalized which will add to the delay.

Recourse! The company can take this matter to the courts but that has its own problems as well. It takes time and money to see this through the court system.

So whats next? Time must lapse for the TA to exit the hospital and continue with the process of completing their duties.

There is no rush to get the certificates in any case as they are restricted and can't be traded and all the while the guaranteed value is increasing.

The shareholder always has a choice. They can sit back and wait till things work out or they can sell and move on and give up the opportunity to score big. Its up to you.

There is a third choice. You can sit around and moan and groan and greate an atmosphere that makes everybody unhappy. It won't speed things up however.

I suggest you go about your business picking a topic that is more productive and enjoy your life and wait patiently.
