well just to be clear -- Bannister may have won a jury trial in a district court -- but, everyone should know the following:

1 - the IRS has never lost one of these cases on appeal

2 - lawyers cost a big bunch on your side, even pro se, i.e represent yourself and have a fool for a client, the time and costs will be excruciating

3 - the gov't lawyers are being paid by the taxpayers and they care very little just how long or how far you little taxpayers want to pursue such nonsense
