Since IDCC was awarded less than what the company projected, on what basis was that determined? Did NOK get a lower rate than ERICY negotiated? Did the ICC conclude that the IDCC/ERICY agreement have the rate backloaded to increase NOK's ongoing rate? if so, would IDCC have to refund any money to ERICY? Just trying to understand how the ICC figured it differently than IDCC.
