it isnt the fact that he raised it but the fact that he said he is lowering it... he emailed me yesterday and today saying he was lowering it to 1.2 billion by december yet he had already filed for an additional billion... his credibility is lost and no matter what PR he puts out to explain this I can not trust him as he lied... we had a CC last wed and he told us during this that it would be lowered by december then 5 days later he files for an additional billion.... his credibility is gone....
