They just more than divided the value of the shares by that giant increase in the outstanding shares used.

Technically, considering the increase, the pps could've been around .0016 to .0018, or higher, instead of .0008 x .0009

Does that tell anyone that something just isn't right ?

Blame that on dumb investors too !
