Even if his par price was $0.0009 that's nearly $1.5Million that he received in cash.
As I have repeatedly assumed: the inventory & cash on hand has to be lower than the market cap (in my estimation). So, the company is trading at BOOK VALUE or thereabouts.
What is so terrible about that. AND, we have yet to learn about what YTO, patents, & how China fits into TYTN's plans.
The O/S brings a MC of ~$2.6Million & the company has inventory & cash that makes this much ado about nothing at this very minute. We need more info imhv.
