To me and you and others, I expect it means our CEO is listening. I also bet the inventory is growing, which means the additional shares have been put to good use. When they're converted into revenues, the share price will reflect the wisdom of that decision, IMHO. An O/S that's 80% of A/S is hardly unusual for a start up in the pennies. All in my opinion only.
