It would seem that the authorities have decided they no longer wish to deal with completely worthless companies.

Actually the ones to be put on watch are the morons that are ruining the game, aka DTCC and friends. What's up with making stocks trade again on certs? That's total BS.

See above. They don't want to encourage trading with certs. They want the junk to stop trading entirely.
