Timewarner tech was a no-show. 2 calls, 2 "chats", unresolved issues, 1 missed appointment....and I should bill 'em for the ping-test-trace I had to initiate from my end Via the command-prompt. (But at least they believe me now, about the spotty service upload/download speeds.)
