Secondary sites update information on their own and generally pretty slowly. It's the responsibility of each company listed with OTCMarkets.com to maintain their own information.
Companies interested in projecting a "not a scam" image, I believe, should keep the OTCMarkets.com site up to date. Especially those paying hundreds of thousands to someone for IR. Investors shouldn't have to e-mail the T/A one at a time, and T/As are limited as to how much information they can give out.
