May be so. However, one of my other stock that went NasDaq then back to pinks never kept up Pink Sheet information. Secondly, most of the other websites - CNN Money, OTCBB ect never listed the correct company X out outstanding shares - even though this number was in the 10Q.

Thus, I do not make much of it that JBII is not keeping PinkSheet up to date. Thus I do my own DD, like see who is the TA for JBII and then e-mail them directly for current information about O/S count and restricted shares for JBII. JMO
