I disagree completely. You're being super simplistic and not thinking about the issues here. M-Partners target is based on a buyout value. The Barclays analyst's target isn't. Other analysts have different target prices. The firewall means the Barclays analyst might as well be from XYZ brokerage. The consortia and companies looking at purchasing IDCC aren't kids. They know this stuff. Why are some shareholders being so naive as to ignore the big picture? Stay calm and let the process come to its conclusion.

It's kinda of tough to make some acquirer pay $75 per share when your own analyst sets a pt of $45?
