Actually, I believe some of the mud AMD is slinging might actually stick, but you and I both know that's probably just going to lead to a slap on the wrist and very few changes if anything. Meanwhile, the court of public opinion won't care, and the PR stunt will fall flat on its face as even the techies realize that the charges are more fluff and less substance.

I mean, come on. The American public has a strong dislike for lawsuits, especially when it's one set of rich guys suing another.
