Cute, Keith. No one is forcing me to buy Intel-based PCs, either. Yet you continue to push the myth that OEMs have a virtual gun to their heads, just like you're continuing to push the myth that AMD's lawsuit is all about "fair competition."

I think this is the root of the problem. You have absolutely no idea how INTEL´s sales staff is acting wrt. OEMs and smaller customers.

Without any specifics, all you have is your word and the text of AMD's complaint. Your word I'll take for what it is, and same thing with your opinion. As for AMD's complaint, I've already given you my opinion that it's hyped up nonsense. (Demanding that Intel's compiler not show any favorable advantages towards Intel's processors? Oh please.)

We may have to agree to disagree. What you see is the first step towards justice and fair competition, I see as another legal battle in the decades-old rivalry between AMD and Intel.
