Tenchu, I don't buy that excuse.

No one is forcing you. This is not the PC market.

It's been commented many times that AMD's legal maneuvers is more of a publicity stunt than anything else.

What they want is access to the market. Of course they have to involve the public now, you can´t expect them to wait until they´re out of business.

Most of their allegations against Intel are hyped up nonsense, even in the context you provide (proving that Intel is a monopoly).

I think this is the root of the problem. You have absolutely no idea how INTEL´s sales staff is acting wrt. OEMs and smaller customers.
