Hello Jarta (JMHO) Sounds like to me everybody wants to run their own company and that they will sublease the licenses on the tec and cut econnect san pedro in on the action/per transaction I don't think its a falling out I think they Smell lots of Money and want a Bigger Piece and More Control. Maybe Tom is not mentioned because sitrick not around!!@#$^%$#@!
ECNC will eventually just be a paper holding company receiving license fees and royalties, which is not to bad when and if hey ever get started...
