Am I crazy (probably, I own this stock)?

Am I the only one who suspects there may have been a coup in the Dominican Republic? How in the world does eConnect Caribbean start issuing its own press releases describing itself as "previously a subsidiary" of ECNC and stating that eConnect Caribbean is engaged in talks with eConnect to be entirely divested? In the PRs released from the Dominican Republic, there is no mention of Hughes, just Egan.

Why are all these things happening? Another Safetypay-Hargens style falling out with Tom? Let's hope it isn't so.

It's all very STRANGE !!!
