Tom Again, I have no reason to doubt what you say about initial reason "the Group" sought to include Owens... you've made that clear.

These posts hopefully give a clearer picture of why he was here to start, for what purpose he was to be used, and ultimily, why it benefited and was necessary for "the Group" to rid themselves of anything Owens and how they went about doing that chore..

Again a very open and Honest assessemsnt In My Opinion.

James was introduced by Kwan to Jeff and he was entered into the equation because he supposedly had lots of cash showing jeff fake bank statements with 5 mil in the bank. If he wasnt bending over backwards to help us saying he had lots of big investors in qasp and wanted to make it right he would not even be here. A simple background check would have squashed that in a heartbeat... As far a lawyers gettin involved there will be no settlenment with james/joe because they have nothing. There will be no BLANK CHECK issued here...
