Personally , i think Centa is worth less than 100k.
Their Eduction package is probably good for 6 figure revenues in 12 months, if marketed properly.

Their Colo/bandwidth play will morph into a Managed services provider and be worth 5 million in 2 years.
That is if and only if, Owens gets out of the way and someone funds the project. I can tell he is running it on a shoestring budget. Poor internet presence , zero marketing, no Logo branding, too few product offerings. Only explanation possible.

Joe would do well to help them get funding through Q or otherwise.
I understand that Jeff still wants it. Tom and him claimed they had it at one time.

I never lost a dime on either . I took advice from Sun Scents and Anvil and played the flip game on Q and N a few times.
Never received any of the 50 million but at .00000000015 or whatever they got , I would have loved to.
I loved the Business plans they had with Centa, although I never had much respect for Owens, I know his team know their business.
I went to Jax several times and he was never around to actually meet me.

I actually believed Jeff was in the right till this last stunt. I knew James was an idiot and a liar and posted that before the records came out. I dont buy the story that Jeff and Daniel worked in the day to day operations end without knowing that James was FOS.

I NEVER believed in MS. Check my posts. I have thought they were dirty the whole time. Admittedly , I think they get to keep the 1.7 million because of the contract language. At first i could not believe DB was that dumb, now I have to believe he got a piece of it for signing it away without any security.

They are using Jeff as well. Unless they are working a backdoor angle , in conjunction with Joe C, they are foolish. This will cost more than 50 K in legal fees to defend. ( I would not discount the Joe C /backdoor angle. These guys cannot surprise me anymore.)

Anvil, all of this new merger, and new business partners for MINESEEKER idea could very well be true.

And if it's true, it would seem that Jeff DiGenova screwed the pooch one more time.

If that rumor is true and Mineseeker doesn't join up with NHSH. It would point one more time to why Jeff DiGenova has no right to act like a CEO of ANY company.

Jeff DiGenova led many of his buddies into thinking he had merged Quasar with Centa and of course that didn't happen and some people lost money betting that it would. Now, he has once again talked many of his buddies into thinking that he has merged NHSH with Mineseeker. And I'm sure that many people bought shares of NHSH based on that merger. We all know how badly people must have been burned by that pipedream if it doesn't happen.

All of this just keeps pointing back at Jeff DiGenova and what a screwup of a CEO he is.

For DiGenova's sake, I hope that Mineseeker does not leave the NHSH camp. That would be a crushing blow to what little credibility DiGenova has left.

yes its not retailers that do it because of the 2.50 vs the risk -a MM could and would wipe you out just because he can - the MM is there to execute your trades for the most part -while I have witnessed BS activity from them over the years they are not the blame for crashing PPS the company is -I checked into retail shorting a few years ago and came up with the same conclusion you are at - not worth it but some large crooks do make some of these moves but not like the public views it - the problem here is no information from NHSH and nothing but scuttle butt around here on it and all the looming accusations about claims,debt and shares to be dumped-whether true or not they have an affect on the stock - the .50 PPS NHSH started with was artificial and was diliberately drove up there in 1000k buys -there was nothing to indicate the company had that kind of value -once selling started it fell from the sky quite rapidly but it should NEVER have been at .50 with the information the public had - its been very quite and I like that better than some Dean making promises to every shareholder that calls - there is no reason to annouce ANYTHING till it is signed sealed and delivered with documentation -if that takes longer ,so be it -releasing anything less will just do more damage to the PPS -imo
I personally do not think MMs beat you out of your cheap shares so they can load up for a run or the other old wives tales -what you see is what you get a company either grows or it goes -imo

Why would someone want to get 2% of deal involving Q? What was the proposed compensation for that 2%? Oh I get it, another one of new fangled give aways.

My point regarding MK/Q is that dean left it so polluted, by both Jeff and joes accounts, that no one would deal with q until it is completely cleaned up.

Chief its JC's job to enforce what he thinks he has. IMO he has been informed that what he got from James is invalid and JC not NHSH needs to take the next step. I believe NHSH is more than ready to defend and file a countersuit of their own.

I was curious, so I emailed Joe to see if he had been so informed, he said no, they had not responded to his request, at all. And, he will be taking the "next step".

Your wrong on MS, there are emails to prove Mike K was speaking with JC at the same time as JD, MS DID [IMO] want to deal with JC but it looked like JD put up the best offer.
Again I can only go by the info I have seen and there are some out there that shows Mike K and JC discussing a deal after the 1.7M collapse.
Which again [like him or not] shows Joe did try to salvage MS's

There are emails out there [I believe in June] from Mike K and JC to prove MS did want to deal with QASP or atleast were hearing what JC had to offer. Again this proves JC tried to get MS on board with QASP and Mike had an open line with JC.
I am just not sure how you can say they wanted NOTHING to do with QASP when email state otherwise and how bout the LOI of MS to QASP?
I have not seen Jeff's info while he was CEO here to Mike K to try to salvage the deal for QASP,has anyone else?

Well I just can go bye what I have seen in the past and there are emails out there to show JC and Mike K where in talks before MS went with NHSH. I am not saying MS made a bad decision but to say that MS and Mike K wanted NOTHING to do with QASP and its valtures is flat out ludacris. JMHO

I am completely willing to let the courts gather ALL the facts and pertinent information - as far as retail investors doubling down, I find that to be a smoke and mirrors diversionary tactic to take the focus off what has gone on from the beginning of this company, nothing more. It's a sheeple thing that has ZERO to do with the creation of QASP and the criminal charges that will result.
