That kind of rule is already in effect for certain functions , namely the 'review of removed posts' and is almost never enforced IMO.
It seems the same TOU offenders have their posts removed and ask for a review with all kinds of reasons that have nothing to do with the TOU ( with nearly a zero reinstatement rate) yet are never sanctioned as per the warning.


~!~ I'm really curious as to how you know this lack of enforcement.
There doesn't seem to be any way for a member to know this.
