If something comes out of this 'Roundtable' and the microcaps are actually regulated in some way, the RED FLAG initiative shouldn't last long. Even this board would fall prey to the regulation of these stocks.

Not really. We'd still have the OTCBB, and there're plenty of scammy OTCBB stocks.
