Thanks for that irrelevant, yet painful lesson about the word "assure." If there was a point in there, I don't believe that you made it.

Whatever the case, thank you for finally acknowledging the fact that anwm got suspended for the reason of 'inaccurate & inadequate public info.' You are unjustly taunting the anwm IR with "who was providing public info about anwm." Sandy, you are holding anwm against the standards of a well established company providing false info to the public. We ALL know that anwm was an empty shell status intending to do a reverse merger with Premiere. Empty shell = starts out with nothing, zero! "You' would be very surprised if the sec or finra never contacted KA thus far. So what! Maybe they did, maybe they didn't. what is your point?

RE: Your comment: "claims you made as an officially engaged IRP (announced in a PR) could be cause for concern by the SEC." <--- I could say "Hey Sandy, isn't is just as (or more) plausible that the sec suspended anwm for moving from subpenny to over a nickel on no available news?" Which one seems more likely & fits in with the sec order? Don't tell me that your theory does.
