Personal assurances on stock forums are meaningless, especially when made by the IRP of the stock at issue. If one searches for the word "assure" on the ANWM forum, he will see that you are the primary person making personal assurances (i.e. "I assure ...").

Such assurances as well as the many other claims you made as an officially engaged IRP (announced in a PR) could be cause for concern by the SEC. After all, they suspended the stock because of inaccurate and inadequate public information. Who has been providing the information about ANWM for the last couple of years? The SEC thinks that some or most of it is inadequate. Medlink and the supposed ANWM CEO Georgos Androutsopoulos haven't been providing public information about ANWM.

I would be very surprised if you have not been contacted by either the SEC and/or FINRA.

To me, the more likely reason to hire an attorney is to represent the shell and individuals involved during an SEC investigation following the suspension.
