And that brings up another issue. Don't the time line allegations of the complaint sort of coincide with the failure of Athlon to maintain its technical lead of 2001 and sort off lack of early bird acceptance of 64 bit AND ABJECT FAILURE TO PRODUCE A THIN AND LIGHT CHIP and integrated comm device.

Wouldn't that explain most of AMD drop in market share, rather than some grand conspiracy.
