and thus the only mistake appears to releasing the video prior to some other required action. That action could be many things but I think it might involve firming up an enhanced agreement between Wave and Samsung, or else Samsung developing their marketing and deployment plans for the technology.

Samsungs proximity sensor and controls have been deployed for a number of years already for physical security such as doorways. So they should be comfortable with the concept if not the application.
