Well they did recommend daily updates if any insider changes were made or shares were issued. They also would like to see the TAs provided monthly OS updates. So essentially you are able to see the share structure much more regularly and are aware of the shares going out the door. Now when they talk about issued shares I think that should also include to whom they are being issued, but I do not remember them saying how detailed they would get.
