The facts almost speak for themselves. Barclays was hired before the Nortel auction, they got some juicy options I think. The paper they bought maybe part of the payout to Barclay I do not know just a suggestion. Then after yes after the Nortel auction they hired Evercore to help seal the deal and get the most that they can get and so far they have not been fired so one has to believe things are going smoothly. This is not a for peanuts sale this is dealing with the largest corporations in the world with the hottest and fastest growing industry in the world.

I go bak to who was working and developing broad band CDMA before anyone and QCOM only got the narrow band part if I am not mistaken, that 10MHZ lmitations was not inserted for no reason. I do not know but woulld guess the 10MHZ will be penetrated and QCOM may have a problem. If Intel has the rights to the 10MHZ or any chip manufacture they may have the keys to the money box.


All the 2G and 3G add on patents will increase the rate IDCC has been charging and those who didn't jump on it will rue the day they didn't get the lower rate. They may be in even deeper trouble with a deep pocket buyer.

I hope all the base station manufactures have beads of sweat on their head and so do the laptops and all other non cll manfactures.

This is not a penny ante game folks and with more and more legal actiion being taken and its not penny ante either the more these patents worth. Time may be running out as I don't think IDCC will be doing nothing and have insufficient bids to bring to the shareholders for vote. I think they may have well in excess of what has been mentioned by our analyst and are going back to see who wants to raise their price or acd on another partner or two to be competitive. You see the fact you do not win the first bid allows you to go add more partners and if you had 2 and no2 5 and you could raise your bid in conjunction with 3 more partners you maybe the winner.
