The recent "memo" from the Feds stated that on the ATF form to purchase, there is a selection to be checked having to do with marijuana. If it is checked (why anyone would, who knows) or if the seller suspects the person is on marijuana, they are not legally allowed to sell them a weapon. In a radio interview, our Attorney General (Michigan) basically told the Obama administration to shove it when it comes to that.
