Gee Janice. I do not know. But the question on hand is why would Ken Ash retain such a high powered attorney if Ken Ash is simply a "sleazy sanctioned broker" (in your words) who was running a non-salvageable grey sheet stock & a "dirty shell" with intent to just perform a pump & dump???

Because he has a lot to lose?
