Gee Janice. I do not know. But the question on hand is why would Ken Ash retain such a high powered attorney if Ken Ash is simply a "sleazy sanctioned broker" (in your words) who was running a non-salvageable grey sheet stock & a "dirty shell" with intent to just perform a pump & dump??? I thought that all of this 'moving forward' from Ash was not "in sum" going to happen? Have any idea who Mr. Rett is? You applaud yourself as the sec guru, so I assume that you do. Now why would Mr. Rett accept retainer & representation on a pump & dump with no assets & no intent to insert assets from a sleazy sanctioned broker?? Hmmm, something just doesn't add up in your synopsis Janet.
