Actually my "claim" is easily verified.

There is no patent for the Vortex technology shown on the US PTO website:

http://patft.uspto.gov/netahtml/PTO/search-bool.html

If the patent had been granted, then it would show there.

So, EGOC claim to have applied for a pantent although this application is apparently one of the few not listed on the PTO website (although that excuse is rapidly be running out of time) but patent pending is quite different to having a granted patent.
