I still take offence at anyone who tries to represent another's feeling in an attempt to create a feeling of distrust and disrespect.

You need to tell the truth. You are the SID. You are the one who is saying "look at all the idiots".

Fear and distrust are easy.

If you did not go to the meeting, you have do not have any "truth" for your statement, since Sid is new to the company. Notice, Sid did introduce the Project Management to TDCP for better control and understanding of the risk and bottlenecks related to this development.

That does not sound like a "look at all the idiots".

Again, it is at least immature and at worst mean and cruel. IMO
