You are looking at the war from only one perspective. Is it "unchristian" to send our own young men to be injured and die in order to free millions from a cruel and inhuman dictator who randomly killed and tortured (the real thing, not the Gitmo frat house stuff) hundreds of thousands, perhaps millions of his own people (including women and children) at will, some by poison gas, and allowed his sons and others to rape and kill any young lady who was unfortunate enough to catch their eye? I think not. Say what you want, the motives of our troops are idealistic and I personally believe that for the most part our motives as a nation are also and I believe both pass muster with the Lord.
Yes, many folks on both sides have been killed, but that is true of all wars and in and of itself that is not a defining answer as to whether or not this particular war is just or not. Indeed, compared to most wars in history, this war has a relatively small death toll compared to the lethality of the weapons available to both sides. I continue to disagree with your assessment.
