Here's another take on the issue...and one that holds little promise for existing CORX shareholders.

Varney sets up a new corporation and then licenses CORX IP for a pittance. He and his cronies then jump ship to Neurolixis leaving CORX with no tangible value and a new crop of "owners" with the ability to move ampakines forward.
