Enemem, Interesting. Since Neurolixis apparently has no building yet, perhaps they want to lease space in Cortex's facility? Last I checked, Cortex had only 6 employees, and they've shut down most of the preclinical activities to save money. So perhaps Varney wants to sublet the space to Neurolixis to bring in some rent money. Or, maybe Neurolixis and Cortex plan to merge, with Neurolixis gaining a building/clinical facility and using Cortex's existing listing on the stock exchange? Who knows..
