If you were going to buy a piece of land. And you found some information that there was gold deposits on the property. Would you go around telling everyone about the land. Or would you wait until you purchase the land to tell everybody?
If you tell everyone before you purchase the property then the value of the property is going to go up and you will have to pay more for it.
If you keep quiet, then you can get a better deal for the property and then you can tell everyone about it after you own it.
This is what ERHC is experiencing right now. They are negotiating a PSC. Why would you want to inflate the value of the property before you have a signed PSC in place?
Bottom line: Tell everyone here and on RB to leave ERHC alone. You guys arent helping this situation. You are only getting in ERHC's way.
