OTC doesn't downgrade a stock from current to limited "fast". Companies are given 30 days after the due date of the financial report to post an attorney letter. TYTN is wayyyyy late on the filing.

Confirm that an Attorney Letter is posted for the period end. Companies are given an additional 30 days beyond the disclosure statement due date to post the Attorney Letter.
