Like you, I believe that are several people here that are only seeing things through their own views of optimisim and not seeing the total picture of what has/has not happened with this company.

I wondered why the matching funds from Space Florida was not mentioned in the last 10-Q. It is my understanding that these funds were initially intened to be a grant with no repayment required...then moved to a matching arrangement and not now even mentioned in the 10-Q. I wrote to BJ and asked 1)- Is there a reason why the mention of Space Florida was deleted? and 2) Does the appoximate $1.5 million agreement with Space Florida still exist? Her reply was: "We are still in discussions with Space Florida although they have undergone some major changes since the new governor of Florida took over, and as a result we believed it was appropriate to modify the disclosure in our filings." That reply certainly does not answer the question if the funds are still available to WSGI.

Here is another issue that makes a objective shareholder wonder. When attending the shareholder meeting, I had a chance to talk to David Phipps about the timing of his two appointments to the board of directors. His reply was that the process to name his apointees was on-going but a "few things still had to be resolved but it was close" to being finalized. That was July and we are now in October........are those items still an issue?? Why haven't they been appointed? In addition, while at shm in July, I also spoke to RM before and after the session to express hope that he would become a member of the BOD, thus providing shareholders a person that would have the shareholder best interested at heart. I asked him on behalf of all common shareholders to please consider the board. I also mentioned that I had heard a rumor about him being interested in joining the BOD but in doing so, he would have to sign a BOD agreement document that had specific requirements that he would not agree. He looked a bit surprised by what was said and he simply smiled and agreed that shareholders needed to be represented on the board.

As reported, he did offer his total support to current company mgmt and got an answer to his question as to how leadership saw the make-up of BOD by the end of the year. RM and I briefly talked again at the conclusion of the July meeting and I once again asked him to consider becoming a board member. His reply was "I need to sit down with David Phipps & Mike Clark to see what we needed to do to get this company moving forward". When I left the hotel lobby, the three men mentioned above were talking in a small room.

So, although things are being cheered about the accomplishments of company leadership, many questions still remain about what IS happening and what is being done behind the scenes to take us to the next level!!
