These people were representing TYTN, and received over 40 million shares for work to be done, so why did they have to pay $7000 for extra shares, as what were they to be used for.

In case you don't know, IR/Promoter people are the ones who know about the stock, before you do.

And in what time frame were they paid with those shares, as well as the time frame they paid $7000 for stock ?
