This talk about Mark selling shares to make payroll is ridiculous ... If you believe what he has said publicly. There is an awful lot of effort going into making this look as if Mark is financially destitute at this time - I think this is far from the truth.
To wit, each of the most recent quarterly reports have shown Tytan generating an (albeit small) operational profit. Doesn't seem like you could be both profitable and selling shares to cover payroll.
If shares are being 504'd or otherwise, it must be for a purpose to which we haven't yet been made privy. Whether this is to fund financing deals, purchase new inventory, R&D, or general expansion, we'll find out in the coming quarters. Hopefully Q3 provides insight and detail on all of this.
If it doesn't... we'll just have to wait for Q4. Good luck to all.
