I don't understand what you are talking about. They were the first company to file for a lovenox generic - they've been working at it for nearly a decade. So to say they came from nowhere is just wrong, particularly as it's been public for quite a while (based on their filings in their lawsuit against the FDA) that they had already achieved "sameness."
